PRO FISH is located in Grangeville, Idaho, a fisherman's paradise, with three major rivers within an easy 15 minutes.

PRO FISH has two strong components that make it one of the best taxidermy businesses around: John and Kelly Bambacigno.

ABOUT JOHN

John knows fish. He has 12 patents in fishing tackle and has worked with Berkley on lure product development. John has been a fishing enthusiast for over 40 years and he constantly educates himself in understanding fish mannerisms, cycles and habitats. Superb craftsmanship and consistency is important to John. He insists on hand-carving all bodies of skin mounts to ensure an anatomically correct mount.

ABOUT KELLY

Kelly knows color. Kelly is a college-educated artist, raised in a family that was centered around the fishing industry. She feels each fish is unique unto itself and painstakingly studies the individual nuances in order to capture each fish's beauty. Kelly loves the process of "bringing the fish to life", from the handpainted detail work to the 30 or more layers of color. Her talent and skill is evident in the finished mounts that have become treasured art pieces for many satisfied customers!
